Sale of Residential Asset Schleissheimer Strasse

At the end of July 2022, the Munich city council decided to acquire the property through its housing association GWG. The property is located in northern Schwabing, a popular district in high demand due to the proximity to the city centre, the university and the local recreation areas of the Olympic Park and at last also the headquarters of BMW and Telefónica Germany. Public transport is within walking distance.
When purchased, the nine buildings consisted of 88 apartments. We received planning permission for 29 additional apartments and 35 parking spaces in February 2021. The gradual handover of the apartments should be completed by mid-2024.
