Arve Fund Management S.A. is a sustainable alternative investment fund manager in Luxembourg investing in commercial and residential real estate.

You will be an integral part of the AIFM team in Luxembourg, executing a variety of international and complex transactions and helping us to achieve sustainable returns for our investors.
You are a legal assistant (m/f/d) and are looking for a part-time position with exciting topics and a wide range of tasks. Then we look forward to receiving your application!

Your tasks

  • You will provide day-to-day support in the legal domiciliation tasks of an investment fund.
  • In this context, you will communicate independently with investors, authorities and tax advisors.
  • Depending on your experience, you will draft pleadings, resolutions and contracts.
  • You coordinate upcoming dates and deadlines and always keep a close eye on them.
  • General organisational and documentation tasks also fall within your area of responsibility.

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed your training as a legal assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
  • You are characterised by an independent and structured way of working.
  • Your German language skills are excellent, both written and spoken.

Your tasks include:

  • Supporting the team in transactions & due diligence
  • Participation in financial, market and project analyses

Your Profile:

  • Strong analytical skills, team orientation, high willingness to learn and perform
  • At least two semesters of study experience with above-average performance in an economics or technical course, preferably with a specialization in the areas of finance and economics
  • Relevant work experience in real estate or finance
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Very good knowledge of German and English

  • You work precisely, responsibly, solution-oriented and independently
